Chocolate Fondant

20 g butter
Brush the dishes with melted butter
Put them in the freezer
150 g 70% chocolate
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
... if you don't have one, use a bowl over a pan of boiling water
180 g butter
75 g sugar
add butter and sugar
take off heat and leave to cool for 10 minutes
65 g flour
3 g eggs
3 g egg yolks
add the flour and eggs and mix in well
3/4 fil the moulds
put in freezer for 3 hours
Preheat the oven to 220C
put in oven still frozen
cook for 15 minutes
serve with ice cream or caramel sauce
